We will arrange a time that works for you to have an initial assessment. During this session, you can discuss your experiences, how they impact you, and your needs.

 

You can choose to come for a single session, or continue for several weeks or months, depending on your needs. However, if you have difficulty attending and cancel three or more sessions consecutively, we may need to place you back on the waiting list. This policy helps ensure that those who are waiting and ready to begin can do so in a timely manner.
